Cryptocurrency exchange involves market, blockchain, wallet, token and operational risks. This disclaimer explains important limitations to consider before using Pump-Swap.io or relying on PUMP-related market information.
Nothing on Pump-Swap.io guarantees a profit, a future token price, uninterrupted service or a transaction outcome that is unaffected by blockchain conditions.
Cryptocurrency Market Risk
PUMP, SOL, Bitcoin, Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies can change in value rapidly. Stablecoins can also carry issuer, market, network and liquidity risks and should not be treated as risk-free simply because they are designed around a reference currency.
A price shown at one moment can differ from the value available later. Users should decide whether an exchange is appropriate based on their own circumstances rather than assuming that past price movement will continue.
Reference Price vs Exchange Quote
Charts, converters, amount tables and price widgets provide market-reference data. They are useful for comparison, but they are not a promise that an exchange can be executed at exactly the same value.
A transaction-specific quote can reflect the entered amount, available liquidity, service fee, route and current market conditions. Always review the executable exchange details before sending funds.
PUMP Token Identity Risk
A token name, ticker or logo can be copied. Another Solana asset may display the word PUMP without being the intended PUMP token associated with pump.fun.

Blockchain and Network Risk
Cryptocurrency transactions depend on blockchain networks outside the direct control of Pump-Swap.io. Congestion, validator conditions, chain reorganizations, wallet synchronization, token-network differences or other technical events can delay or disrupt transaction visibility.
A service-processing estimate does not guarantee total blockchain completion time. Source confirmations and destination-network visibility can occur outside the service-processing stage.
Wallet Address and Transaction Risk
Blockchain transfers can be irreversible after broadcast. Sending an asset to the wrong address, using the wrong network or confusing a token mint with a receiving wallet can result in permanent loss of funds.
Check the asset, network, address and amount before sending. Deposit instructions from an older exchange should not be assumed to remain valid for a new transaction.
Third-Party Wallets and Services
Wallets, blockchain explorers, market-data providers and other external services can have their own outages, errors, policies and security risks. Pump-Swap.io does not control third-party software simply because it is mentioned as an example or linked for verification.
Users are responsible for protecting wallet credentials and for verifying that any external service they use is legitimate. Never disclose a seed phrase or private key to someone claiming that it is needed to complete normal exchange support.

The official pump.fun materials currently describe $PUMP as the native token of its protocols, but that relationship does not create an affiliation with Pump-Swap.io.
Service Availability
Supported assets, networks, minimums, liquidity and transaction conditions can change. Creating an exchange request does not guarantee that every possible route or amount will remain available indefinitely.
