Blockchain transactions are public by design. Information recorded on a public blockchain is not controlled or deletable by Pump-Swap.io after it has been broadcast and confirmed.

The amount of information depends on the transaction and the functions you use. Pump-Swap.io processes transaction data needed to create, identify, process and support an exchange.
Exchange Order Information

Wallet addresses and blockchain transaction hashes are not necessarily private information because they can be visible on public blockchain networks.

Do not send private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases or wallet passwords. These credentials are not required to investigate a normal exchange-support request.
